4Minute's 'Volume Up' is plagiarized ?!

 There was a rumor spread that it is a Romanian song which sounds exactly like "Volume UP" by 4Minute. 

 We searched for this song and  it turned out to be true. The part with the saxophone is exactly the same. The song's name is 'Mysterious Girl' by Sunrise Inc, three Romanian singers.

 Sunrise Inc's song was published on March 21th, 2012 on their official channel: SunriseIncOfficial and 4Minute's song was published on April 8th, 2012, also on their official channel: 4minuteofficial

 You can hear it clearly in Sunrise Inc's 'Mysterious Girl' around 0:26, 1:41, 3:27 and also it's in the background. In 4Minute's 'Volume Up' , around 0:25 and you can hear it in the background also, countless times.

Now, we have a question: it's that saxophone, just a sample that can be used by any producer that bought it or a composition by Sunrise Inc/4Minute?

On May 2nd (KST), INFINITE’s official website was updated with the date 20120515 (May 15, 2012).

On May 3rd (KST), INFINITE’s official website was updated with the words: ‘INFINITIZE‘. The assumption is that ‘INFINITIZE’ will be the album name and the word means to free from limitations of space, time, circumstance, to cause something to become INFINITE.

On May 5th (KST), INFINITE‘s official website unveiled possible plans for the release of the single “Only Tears” ahead of their third mini album ‘INFINITIZE‘.

Now we are waiting for their official comeback... I am so impatient !! xD
